In his letter to PA Office of Developmental Program (ODP), Senator Kane urges ODP to revise Pennsylvania's restrictions so that they are "consistent with, and no more restrictive, than the federal Settings Rule."
"This will allow individuals the greatest number of options to find a setting that best serves their needs."
